Sheepskin
Using a sheepskin stain & water repellent before you first wear your sheepskin shoes is the best way to care for them. It makes it harder for stains to set in. Stains should be removed immediately by hand washing the shoes with a sheepskin cleaner. First dampen the shoes with cold water, then gently scrub it clean with a small amount of cleaner and rinse out entirely.
Sheepskin shoes need to be air dried, adding heat to it will cause serious damage to the shoes. In order to retain the shape of sheepskin boots, it is a good idea to fill it up with paper towels during the drying process. After it is completely dry, use a suede brush to restore the nap. This should be followed by spraying the repellent to protect it from future stains.
